Biography
Aida Aghili, 34, was tragically killed on January 8, 2026, in the Haft Hoz neighborhood of Tehran. She died after being shot directly in the head, reportedly twice, by Islamic Republic agents or security forces. Her body was later found wrapped in a blanket in the backyard of Al-Ghadir Hospital, a sight her sister Mitra described seeing in a viral video. She is honored as a brave sister and one of Iran's noble martyrs, with memorial ceremonies held at her gravesite.
آیدا عقیلی، ۳۴ ساله، در تاریخ ۱۸ دی ۱۴۰۴ در محله هفتحوض تهران کشته شد. او با شلیک مستقیم مأموران جمهوری اسلامی به سرش، که گزارش شده دو گلوله بوده است، جان باخت. پیکر او ساعاتی بعد در حیاط پشتی بیمارستان الغدیر تهران در حالی که در پتویی چهارخانه پیچیده شده بود، پیدا شد؛ خواهرش میترا ویدیوی وایرالشده از بیمارستان را تلخترین صحنه زندگی خود توصیف کرده است. از او به عنوان خواهری شجاع و یکی از جاویدنامان شریف ایران یاد میشود و مراسم یادبود او در آرامگاهش برگزار شده است.
